A few things to know before your visit.

Appointment & walk-ins

Although we highly recommend appointments for your convenience, walk-ins are welcome depending upon availability. Please note we allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.

Cancellations & no-shows

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Late arrivals

Please call us if you are running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice will be treated as a walk-in client.

Service guarantee

We do not offer refunds, but we offer a 7-day warranty for complimentary repairs. Please contact us immediately if you experience chipping, peeling, or lifting. Beyond 7 days, repair services may be charged.

Payment

We accept cash, debit, and credit card. Prices may vary depending on designs, length, and add-ons. Full payment is required at the time of service. We do not hold balances or accept delayed payments after services are completed.

Gift cards

Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
